This is not a conceptual book, it gives a complete method to apply for a presentation that talks directly to the reptilian brain of the audience. In the structure of the pitch, the author explains everything but the way you actually interpret the "real needs" of the audience.
This is where the social intelligence of the speaker comes into play, and this you will have to look for in another book.
But this one gives a real edge.
If you have to speak in front of people at any time, this is a must read.
